Then outside, in the north facing, private garden, you will find two seating areas along with a full sized in-ground swimming pool.  There is a huge laundry with washing machine and dryer  and a separate toilet.  This area can double as a changing room since there is direct access out to the swimming pool. The off-street parking can cater for 5 -6 cars.

This home has 6 bedrooms, There are 4 bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite and a Super King bed. Heated with heat pumps so you will be cosy and warm in winter.  In summer you can throw open the bifold doors in the main living area so it is an easy flow from the kitchen into the garden and the pool.

Weston Road is off Papanui Road and a 5 minute walk to Merivale shopping area with a supermarket, a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from plus some well renowned designer shops.  You are only 10 minutes drive to Central City and the beautiful Hagley Park.  The airport is only a 20-minute drive away.
